We hope you are completely satisfied with your SIMBA Surf product, but, if you would like to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days after the date your package was received. Eligible items must be new, unused and include all original tags and product packaging.

Terms & Conditions
Items can be returned for a store credit, or as a refund of the purchase price to the credit card used to place the order.
We do not accept returns on Final Sale items.
We reserve the right to terminate or amend this policy at any time.
Please note that exchanges can take up to two weeks to process, although we'll do our best to expedite your transaction as quickly as possible.
SIMBA Surf products are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies solely to defective materials and workmanship, and all requests must be accompanied by the dated proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or our web store.
If a SIMBA product is proven defective, we will offer to replace the product at retail market value for no charge to you. Damages due to impact, negligence and/or general wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
